Bold Trailers is a husband and wife, family run business. As with most family businesses – there is little time to get to the mundane but necessary admin tasks that seem to be forever on the “to-do” list.
I had been wanting to start a procedure manual for the company as I have recently hired some staff and I also wanted to update our job cards.
Kelly from Mary Poppins VA is fantastic. She was on the ball, regularly kept in touch, followed up on her work and consistently produced work to a high standard. In fact it was like she knew exactly what I wanted – even if I did not say it to her. I now have the start of a procedure manual and a job card that will look both professional and improve the flow of jobs in our workshop.

Ummm… Honestly, I think I would be a terrible VA!
Probably keeping touch with people and customer service/customer communication are my strengths!

Social Media. I spend so much time on it at the moment when I should be doing so many other things. I think I am getting it right, its just takes up so much time.
